On my wedding day, Feb. 26, 2005, I received the best gift for a new bride. I will never forget that day my dad gave me Book of Tips by Julio F. Silverio, the best gift I ever received on that special day of my life.

When I asked him, “Dad, what is this?”

He answered, “Today is the most important day in your life. I want you to look at your best on this blessed day and this book may serve as your guide as you walk into a new chapter of your life.”

When I opened the gift, I was surprised that the book my dad gave me was the book I had always borrowed from him every time I had a project in school or to inspire me in my everyday life, especially during my school and teen days.

The book, published by National Book Store in 1981, was also a gift to my dad from his friend way back 1982, the year I was born. It’s been 28 years since, and the book has gone from my dad to me and I will pass it on to my kids at the right time.

It seems that books have always been in our lives. They are very important and helpful in a variety of situations; they broaden the mind and give knowledge about the world. Of course, they do not only inform but also protect us from boredom.

I am fond of reading books. I have read a good number of novels, dramas, short stories and poems. Some books may be good from one point of view, another one may be good from some other point of view. Book of Tips is one that’s good in numerous ways. It may not have a main character but it is I who is in the lead role to interpret each tip that will guide me to success.

Book of Tips is a compilation of tips for any scenario — ambition, baby care, parenthood, self-confidence, self-power and etiquettes to name a few.

It really helped me. A lot of tips, information and principles will change your points of view in life. Every topic or tip is helpful and inspirational.

Some tips I applied in my life after my wedding are:

• Marriage (Tips for becoming a good wife)

• Baby care (Tips on proper breastfeeding and its importance)

• Cooking (Tips on good cooking)

• Decision making (How to make effective decisions in life)

• Self-appreciation (Appreciate others to have them appreciate you)

And more tips to help us in reality. The book is always with me, at my computer/study table, and I bring it also on important family events or trips.

This book is my guide, a friend at my side.

Can you imagine a world without books? I can’t. To imagine a world without books is to imagine a world without thought. A world without feeling, compassion, history, or voice.

And the Book of Tips by Julio F. Silverio is my book of comfort, my shelter; my bridge and through its pages it has brought me into success.

Thanks to my dad for this book. This book reflects his unconditional love and support for me — for he trusted me with it.

MINUTE MAID PULPY: Feel the pulp that pops! NO PRESERVATIVE ADDED!

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

I just drank a bottle of Minute Maid Pulpy. They say it’s got ‘no preservatives added’.
Aw, c’mon… It’s bottled juice. Is that even possible? So I thought maybe...
Well, I definitely agree it has “NO PRESERVATIVE ADDED!”
The bits that you find in the juice are the real thing. There’s a lot of them in the bottle. It's really "pulpy!".

I thought the juice was worth to be tasted.
Well, it must really taste great since it’s a Coca-Cola product after all.

I didn’t believe it the first time I heard it’s got no preservatives added.
So I read the ingredients (even the fine print) and everything checked out!
It really has NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED! That means it doesn’t have ingredients that may turn out to be allergens, or worse...carcinogens!
Whew! Now that’s healthy goodness that tastes so good,I...now found my partner in health!

Most of my time and energy is focus to my husband and kids and doing all the household chores everyday. It's important for homemakers to also focus on ourselves.
Full time mothers can find renewal and refreshing through regular pampering, enjoying nature, basic beauty treatments, and learning and practicing relaxation strategies.

And to relax you need a partner!
And I found mine- the MINUTE MAID PULPY!
It really get you closer to nature!

I always make sure that we have stocks at home because it really refresh my mind and body... especially me as a mom of two kids I need to be more active too! But another reason to find out when my kids try it also it enhancing Immune Function and Fighting Infection. I noticed it enhanced their ability to learn and better memory.
And for me Meditation can be an extremely effective way to relax and Deep Breathing. It refreshes my mind and body through my partner the MINUTE MAID PULPY!

Oh! While meditating you know what's on my mind? The pulp in Minute Maid Pulpy Orange! Pulp, lots of pulp. I just loved the way it feels sliding down my throat when I drink Minute Maid! Aaaahhhh…….. Refreshing!!!!
Try it!!!=)

So okay, it’s got no preservatives added. That’s really good, right?
Not just because it doesn’t have those icky, harmful ingredients, but it also means... it can help nourish our brain and body. It's a Multi-Vitamin Enhanced Juice, it has a Vitamin D: The Sunshine Vitamin. Good for our heart, an excellent source of calcium, can help you and your entire family and get the vitamin C and calcium we all need.

So far anyone who still has a hard time believing that Minute Maid has got no preservatives added - meaning it's THAT natural, it's almost like it's plucked straight from the tree, it's just as Mother Nature wanted your orange juice to be, it's got nothing but the good stuff yes, none of those potentially toxic stuff that can harm your brain, kidneys, heart; cause tumors aargh- the list of preservatives' bad effects just go on!!!
Anyway, just to prove a point on just how good Minute Maid Pulpy is 'cause it's got NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED, I'm gonna share it with my loved ones, most especially to my kids!
We usually spent our weekend at the park. Enjoy the nature away from city life and green up our living through healthy living made by Minute Maid Pulpy Orange and Mango!
Feel the pulp that pops! NO PRESERVATIVE ADDED!

Feels good to know about the real pulpy deal, right? C’mon show me a smile on the comment box, and you might win yourself a Really Pulpy Deal! (That’s a chance to win a Minute Maid gift pack simply by commenting. Sweet! C'mon you just might be picked as the lucky 'commentor'!)
